For the seventh-straight year, the Pirelli World Challenge returns to the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach and the ‘Roar by the Shore’, April 13-15. Only the GT and GTS fields will compete on the 11-turn, 1.968-mile temporary street course. |

Apr. 15, 2012 Pilgrim and Baldwin Score Pirelli World Challenge Victories at Long Beach
Andy Pilgrim, of Marina Del Rey, Fla., earned his first Pirelli World Challenge Championships victory since 2009 in the GT class and road racing great Jack Baldwin, of Marietta, Ga., earned his first World Challenge victory ever in the GTS class at Sunday's Pirelli World Challenge Long Beach Grand Prix presented by StopTech.

Apr. 15, 2012 Pobst and Cunningham Take Pirelli World Challenge Poles at Long Beach
In qualifying for this afternoon's third round of a 12-race Pirelli World Challenge Championships schedule for the GT and GTS classes, Randy Pobst, of Gainesville, Ga., and Peter Cunningham, of Milwaukee, Wis., took their respective class pole positions at the Pirelli World Challenge Long Beach Grand Prix presented by StopTech. The race goes off from a standing start at 4:15 p.m. PT.
