Fan Focus Model Search Terms and Conditions

ELIGIBILITY: The program is open to females 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsors and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and foregoing employees' household and immediate family members (defined as parent, spouse, child, sibling, or grandparent) are NOT eligible to participate. SELECTION CRITERIA: Three (3) local models (Event Models) will be selected to participate in each of the Series events from among eligible applicants at the sole discretion of the SCCA Pro Racing, Ltd., which owns and operates the SCCA World Challenge Championships
NOTIFICATION: Applicants who are selected to participate as Local Event Models will be contacted by phone or via e-mail which they have provided and must reply within seven (7) days of being contacted. LOCAL EVENTS: If chosen to participate as a Local Event model, applicants must agree to take part in these and other activities as may be reasonably requested during the applicable race weekend: Autograph sessions, pre-race activities, post-race ceremonies, interact with race fans, take part in photo shoots.

RELEASE: By applying to participate in the Fan Focus Model search, each applicant agrees that Pirelli Tires, Sports Car Club of America, SCCA Pro Racing (herinafter refered to as ORGANIZERS) along with their respective directors, employees, representatives, and agents will have no liability whatsoever and will be held harmless by participants from any liability for any injury, loss or damages of any kind (including death) and property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, or from participation in this program. By applying to take part in this program, a participant consents to and gives the ORGANIZERS the right to use, license, reproduce, have reproduced, show, and have shown, without limitation in space or time and without cost, charge or fee, the Applicants, name(s) and/or likeness(s), in or on any medium whatsoever, including but not limited to advertising and promotional materials, reports, broadcast and print media coverage of any type, video games, model production, software and any other form of electronic media distribution. The Entrant further acknowledges and agrees that SCCA Pro Racing may freely use submitted photographs, for which the Applicant is solely responsible to ensure have been properly cleared for use by the Organizers, along with any and all photography acquired as a result of their participation at an Event, as well as participant's biographical information, which may be adapted, edited, cropped or modified, as solely determined by the ORGANIZERS. The ORGANIZERS reserve the right in their sole discretion to decline to publish any photograph(s) and/or biographical information. All Entry materials are the sole property of the ORGANIZERS and will not be returned or provided to participants.
CAREER ENHANCEMENT AWARD: One (1) of the applicants who participates as a local event model will earn the opportunity to interview with Pirelli, and may be offered a one-time contract to serve as a promotional model during the annual SEMA show.  The specific duties and compensation, along with any applicable terms and conditions will be negotiated directly between Pirelli and the chosen participant. The ORGANIZERS make no representation, explicit or implied, regarding the scope of responsibilities or compensation that may be offered.

ERRORS: The ORGANIZERS are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, damaged, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected entries, typographical or other human or technical errors in the offer or administration of this program.
