Oct. 15, 2004 Pending Paternity Prevents Plumb From Making Run at Championship Matt Plumb of Newport, Rhode Island, will be unable to compete for the 2004 SCCA Speed World Challenge Touring Championship this weekend at Laguna Seca due the impending birth of Plumb and his wife’s first child, which was due last Monday.
