Pirelli World Challenge fans watching series races on NBC Sports Network, or at world-challengetv.com this coming season will see a special segment each broadcast titled the Eibach Suspension Cam. The segment will feature footage from a camera mounted in the wheel well of a Pirelli World Challenge racecar that highlights shock/strut assembly movements. The segment will feature renowned motorsports and Pirelli World Challenge commentators Greg Creamer and Calvin Fish discussing aspects of car setup and the importance of having the proper suspension performance parts.
“We are very excited to be a part of this prestigious sports car series. For many years we have had great results with Pirelli World Challenge teams that have worked with us and providing them the ultimate in motorsport springs in the special spring rates each team needs,” said Oliver Rathlein, Vice President of Marketing, Eibach Springs. “This next step will help us bring those successes to the general public and share with them the availability of the same quality and performance for their own car. We look forward to a great partnership!”
For 60 years now, Eibach has been known as the world standard for high-quality springs and the preferred supplier for the world’s most demanding auto manufacturers, top auto racing series, including Formula 1, and its own brand of extreme-performance aftermarket springs and suspension components.
"We are very pleased to have Eibach join the series as the Official Suspension Partner,” said Dave Drimmie, WC Vision's VP, Marketing and Communications. “Eibach suspension springs and components are engineered to high performance standards and are a perfect match for the demands our racecars encounter throughout the season.”
