Kia Racing’s Mark Wilkins to Appear at Budds’ Kia Before Pirelli World Challenge Races at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park
Oakville, ON - Canadian Mark Wilkins, driver of the No. 38 Kia Racing Optima in Pirelli World Challenge GTS, will be making an appearance to sign autographs at Budds’ Kia in Oakville, Ontario just west of Toronto, Wednesday, June 20th. Wilkins will be signing autographs from 10am to 4pm. Fans will also be able to get a close look at Wilkins’ No. 38 Kia Optima that will be on display.
Wilkins joined the Kia Racing Team starting with Round 5 of the Pirelli World Challenge Championships at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. He claimed his best GTS finish to date at that race, finishing 8th. Wilkins and teammate Michael Galati, who pilots the No. 36 Kia Optima, will be racing at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (formerly Mosport International Raceway) in the Sports Car Doubleheader Weekend, June 22-24th.

The Pirelli World Challenge features cars from the world's most popular manufacturers – race-prepped versions of the cars driven on the streets. Sanctioned by SCCA Pro Racing, the series races at North America's premier road and temporary street courses.
