Tributes Flow in Remembering Tom Hnatiw
LEXINGTON, Ohio - Motorsports Announcer and Commentator Tom Hnatiw is being remembered for his absolute dedication to, and passion for the automotive and racing community. Hnatiw passed away July 30 at the age of 53.
In his 30-year career, Hnatiw produced or was involved in over 500 TV shows including the well-known Hard Drive, Sports Car Revolution and Dream Car Garage. Hnatiw was also one of the most recognizable voices in auto racing announcing and was the voice for numerous series including the World Challenge. Hnatiw was most recently the announcer for the NARRA (North American Auto Racing Association) SRT Viper Cup series.
Hnatiw is survived by his wife Debbie, and his two sons Nick and Wyatt.
